All of our Nurses have a 4 year BS Nursing Degree from an accredited Nursing Schools and most have at least 2 years of Clinical experience in recognized teaching hospitals (300 – 1000 bed capacity) in Manila, Philippines. Although some of our Nurses have working experience in small community Hospitals with about 50-150 bed capacities, Nurses from these Hospitals can serve a variety of patients including pulmonary and cardiovascular medicine, pediatric, geriatric patients, dialysis, obstetrics and gynecology and more. Nurses in the majority of these hospitals are expected to be flexible and able to care for patients in a wide variety of medical specialties.
Prior to being considered as our Applicant for work in the United
States and Canada, all our Nurses are interviewed by our Clinical and English instructors and are screened for the following:

Aside from all of the aforementioned qualifications, all of our Nurses are
CGFNS/IELTS passer and some are already RN’s that have taken and passed the NCLEX examination.
